Amanda Paiotti grew up among the luminous marble blocks of the Apuan Alps, where, from a young age, she watched with wide-eyed curiosity as her father Mario—a respected geologist—worked. A visionary and a passionate art lover, Mario traveled the world in search of rare and precious materials, becoming one of the first to bring some of the most iconic varieties to Europe, such as the blue marbles from Brazil.
Following in his footsteps, Amanda developed a deep, personal connection with stone. To her, marble is more than just a material—it’s a language to be understood with sensitivity, experience, and respect. She knows its every nuance: the strengths, the challenges, and the hidden beauty. This knowledge, deeply rooted and instinctive, merges with a contemporary vision, fueled by a constant curiosity for what’s new.
